At exports worth approximately CHF 18000 million in the year 2019, India is perhaps Switzerland’s second largest trading partner in Asia. That, when the trade policies in India are protectionist. Now, with the economic challenges thrown up by the Corona crisis, for the Indian government focusing on the economy is of top priority and India is more than ever before not only open to foreign direct investment but also welcoming to foreign collaborations in different sectors.
