CBRE: New Delhi’s CP world’s 5th most expensive office market, Geneva 18th and Zurich 27th

New York City  – New Delhi’s Connaught Place CBD is the 5th most expensive office market in the world with overall occupancy cost of US$178.96 per sq. ft. year, according to CBRE Global Research and Consulting’s semi-annual Prime Office Occupancy Costs survey. Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex was ranked 11th ($119.93), Geneva 18th ($104.24), Mumbai’s Nariman Point 26th ($90.67) and Zurich 27th ($87.11).
