PRS Services AG

PRS Services AG, Zurich, offers services relating to matters concerning business & strategic issues, essentially in & with India, through the company’s Managing Director, Sushil K. Premchand. Based in Zurich, and born in Bombay, he maintains close links with his Indian heritage by visiting India regularly.

The Premchand family business is located in India (see www.prs-group.com) and is anchored in the firm of Premchand Roychand & Sons, founded in 1856, in Bombay; joint-venture partners have included major multinationals, and SME businesses, many in niche-technology areas. Mr. Premchand’s expertise is derived from managing & liaising Group-level activities (in Switzerland and India), and from his extensive work experience.

Mr. Premchand has recognised expertise in the relationship between India & Switzerland. In 2017, he was honoured by the President of the Swiss Confederation as a “Friendship Ambassador” for his contribution to innovative ideas in his field of business and his contribution to Swiss-Indian friendship. He is a long-standing Board member and the Honorary President of the Swiss-Indian Chamber of Commerce.

An economics graduate of the University of Bristol and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW), Mr. Premchand worked for 14 years for the international accounting firm, Arthur Andersen, in London, Hamburg and Zurich. He then worked as the General Manager of a British-owned finance company in Zug, until he joined the family business in 1985.
