Greenlam Industries to acquire Decolan SA

The Board of Directors of Greenland Industries Limited in their meeting held on February 13, 2019 has approved to acquire 100% shares of Decolan SA, (a company incorporated in Switzerland) through Greenlam Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Singapore.
