• EY India has a Tax desk program with representatives across regions i.e., APAC, EMEIA and US. The desk supports the local regions for inbound and outbound investment and is represented by senior experienced EY India resources. The key role of the India Tax desk is to support European companies investing in India and vice versa. Key areas where India desk can support clients include M&A, foreign direct investments, funding, expansions, JVs, transfer pricing, audits/ controversy, local compliances, etc.
