Jan an entrepreneurially minded, hands-on manager with more than 25 years of leadership experience in strategy, M&A, corporate development, turnaround management, finance, and enterprise risk management. Across four continents, particularly in India, and in a wide range of industries, he has led strategic planning and operational implementation processes in both industrial mid-sized companies and listed corporations, optimizing structures and processes across the entire value chain.
He holds a degree in Business Administration, completed military training, and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) trained in the United States. Passionate about seizing opportunities and solving complex challenges pragmatically, Jan-H. Heinen creates tangible added value for clients and stakeholders—particularly in the demanding Indian business environment.
