Introduction
In this webinar with AZB & Partners , moderated by Philippe Reich (Chairman , SICC ), we will be discussing the prevailing foreign investment regime in India and the changes it has undergone , specifically on account of the COVID 19 pandemic . We will also be touching upon the other policy / regulatory initiatives recently undertaken by the Government including relaxation of preferential allotment norms for publicly listed companies.

- Key relaxations recently introduced by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ,the securities market regulator of India.
