Introduction

The COVID-19 has brought about various changes in the legislative and regulatory environment globally. The Government of India has also introduced relaxations under various legislations such as Companies Act, 2013, labour, insolvency and other commercial laws. Certain incentive packages and benefits have been announced which focus on manufacturing in India as well as decriminalization of offences to further ease of doing business in India. This will also have implications for Swiss companies which are operating in India or looking to enter/ invest or expand in India. In this webinar cum conversation with Partners from J.
