We are delighted to present an insightful webinar on the far-reaching impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has unleashed several unique and complex challenges before the businesses. As part of this webinar, we propose to cover the following:
- Covid-19 impact on Businesses: Key commercial issues;
- Employment related considerations due to Covid-19 – Including various advisories issued by government, court orders etc.;
- Contractual matters – Force majeure/ MAC considerations, supply chain issues, delay/ impossibility of performance of contractual obligations.
