Last year, the pandemic had brought the world almost to a standstill, organizations struggled, tried their best to overcome the challenges by making several changes at operational as well as strategic level. What were these changes and their sustainability post pandemic? What are the learnings in terms of long-term strategy? What is the perception of Swiss HQ (of affiliates in India) regarding India Outlook and India as a Market?

As an attempt to answer the above and many other questions, Swiss-Indian Chamber of Commerce India (SICCI) and IndStrat International Consultants LLP has jointly released a White Paper titled “Pandemic-Induced Changes in Organizations” based on a Survey of SICCI Members and Swiss affiliate entities in India, some research & analysis and inputs from interviews of top management of a few Swiss entities.
