Wockhardt Bio AG to list on Berne Stock Exchange, Switzerland

 With reference to earlier announcement dated November 11, 2013, Wockhardt Ltd has now informed BSE that Wockhardt Bio AG, Switzerland has allocated 2,348,000 Ordinary shares of CHF 1.00 each representing 5% of the post diluted capital for subscription at a price of CHF 5.05 per ordinary share for its initial public offering. The Ordinary shares of Wockhardt Bio AG are scheduled to be listed on December 19, 2013 on the Berne Stock Exchange, Switzerland.
